BM DATES TO 2000-1500BC. IN PERFECT CONDITION. ISOLATED FIND. STONE NOT LOCAL. PLOUGHED UP 25FT FROM ROAD & FOUND BY M JEFFRIES (B1,B4).
EXACT FINDSPOT LOCATED. MACEHEAD FLAT ON 1 SIDE RISING GENTLY AT ENDS. CENTRAL PERFORATION TAPERING. DENSE YELLOWISH STONE WITH QUARTZ/FELSPAR - SANDSTONE? (DRAWING FILED)(B2).
