Description

SANDY FABRIC. 9 RIMS, 1 SLASHED HANDLE, 1 GLAZED SHERD, 1 APPLIED STRIP. ALL THIS POTTERY AND A LOT MORE WAS IN A SORT OF SEAM IN THE BANK OF N. SIDE OF ROAD WHICH HAS SINCE BEEN IMPROVED. POTTERY WAS OF A WIDE VARIETY OF FORMS, SO WAS PROBABLY NOT FROM A SINGLE KILN. FOUND BY MR.R.WATTS, C.1959 (BIBL1)
