ROMAN & MEDIEVAL POTTERY FOUND WITH A NOTE IN BCM, READING 'POTTERY FROM CHETWODE BARROW 1886'. NOTE & POTTERY NOT NECESSARILY ASSOCIATED WITH EACH OTHER & POTTERY COULD COME FROM A NUMBER OF SITES BUT HAS BEEN ASSOCIATED WITH A H COCKS WHO EXCAVATED CHETWODE BARROW(B3).
