Description
Grade II. Circa 1860 probably by George Devey. Converted laundry and now 2 cottages. Partly of one and partly of 2 storeys. Cement rendered, some treated as rubble stone, some line as ashlar, some imitating timber. Tile roof. At east end, on the left, 2 casement windows beneath a tiled roof above which a big gable end with sun motif in it. On the right, on the ground floor, a tripartite casement and door beneath an overhanging tiled roof and to the right a circular window. First floor with gabled half dormer. On the south return the entrance to Purbeck Cottage and 5 casement windows with top lights and glazing bars (B7).
