1825 MAP MARKS 'BRICK KILN' (2 ADJACENT SITES), APPROX AT NGR (B2).
NO VISIBLE REMAINS OF BRICK WORKS IN AREA. FARMER AT STOCKEN FARM REMEMBERS SOME PITS, NOW INFILLED, PERHAPS CLAYPITS. LANE FROM VILLAGE TO NEAR SITE CALLED KILN LANE (B3).
