5 PIECES. FOUND AS COMPACT GROUP C.100MM BELOW GRASS C.2M FROM FENCE BY MR D CRITOPH. ENTIRE HOARD RECOVERED. UNLIKELY ASSOC WITH SETTLEMENT. ALL PIECES DAMAGED AT TIME OF BURIAL SO ONLY WORTH SCRAP VALUE. EXPLANATION OF DEPOSITION SEEMS MOST LIKELY FOR RELIGIOUS OR SUPERSTITIOUS PURPOSES (B3).
