Plan Form - RECTILINEAR
LINEAR FEATURES, PARTS OF A FIELD SYSTEM & TRACKWAYS VISIBLE ON A/P'S (B1-2).
PARTS OF FIELD SYSTEM VISIBLE IN 3 ADJOINING (MODERN) FIELDS, AREA COVERED BEING C500M BY C250M. NGR TO CENTRE OF AREA (B3).
Possible Prehistoric or Roman field system and trackway visible as cropmarks on aerial photographs. Fragmentary remains of conjoined rectilinear ditched enclosures, aligned NW-SE and measuring on average 110m long, extend over an area 370m by 150m. A possible trackway, defined by double ditches 210m long, extends along the western edge (B4).
