A ring ditch from a probable post medieval windmill site is visible on aerial photographs as a cropmark and was mapped as part of the Aylesbury Vale Aerial Investigation and Mapping project (EBC18604). Located in a field about 180 metres E of Highfields and centred at SP 76289 11394, a circular ditch up to 1.6 metres wide encloses an area about 11.5 metres in diameter on aerial photographs taken in 2010. The location matches that of a windmill site known from documentary sources. On aerial photographs taken in 2020, the cropmarks remain visible (5-6).
