SLIM MESOLITHIC TRANCHET AXE, BLUE-GREY FLINT, COMPLETE, CORTEX ON BUTT &1 SIDE. FROM 440M NNW OF HORWOOD HOUSE; IN NW CORNER OF FIELD (AT NGR). FROM REST OF FIELD; 7 OTHER FLAKES (1 A ROUGH ROUND SCRAPER?) IN WIDELY DIFFERING FLINT COLOURS (B1).
