PLACE NAME OF 'WOODROW HIGH HOUSE' (SEE.02) MAY IDENTIFY LOCATION OF MANOR HOUSE OF MANOR OF AMERSHAM WOODROW (B1).
MANOR APPEARS IN 1546, SO NAMED. IN 1299 CALLED HAMLET OF AMERSHAM, AND PART OF MANOR OF BUCKLAND UNTIL 1546. FROM 1646 DESCENDED WITH SHARDELOES MANOR (B2).
