Description

Grade II. Early C19 stable of brick with slate roof. 2-storeys, central door and external stair to gabled loft door above. Ground floor altered, 2 windows to first floor. Attached barn on east is C17 or earlier, timber framed with brick plinth, weatherboarded walls and old tile roof. Three bays, massive jowled posts, tiebeams and collars with central strut between curved windbraces, 1 original rafter and wall framing of heavy timbers (B6).
