Description

Dimensions - Length 11m, Width 10m.
Plan Form - Subsquare.
Formerly known as Bois Cottage: occupies site of old manor house (B1).
Of late C18/early C19 date; at NGR (B3) .
Grade II. Early C19, small house in grounds. Cement rendered and painted. Hipped Welsh slate roof with eaves cornice and parapet to central bay. Two storeys, wide Roman Doric porch to centre, double hung sash windows each side, three 2-light casements to first floor, all windows having louvred shutters (B4).
