WELL AT NGR REPUTED BY JIM OLLIFFE (OLD BISHOPSTONE RESIDENT WITH LONG FAMILY ASSOCIATION WITH AREA) TO HAVE BEEN USED FOR COPROLITE WASHING (B4).
Well, capped with concrete about 1-2m across noted during field survey carried out in July 2001 by Network Archaeology (B5).
