Plan Form - RECTANGULAR
OPENED 24 AUGUST 1788, USED BY INDEPENDENT PRESBYTERIANS UNTIL 1816, THEN USED BY WESLEYANS UNTIL 1837. USED AS A SUNDAY SCHOOL & LATER AS A SOCIAL CLUB. WAS DEMOLISHED IN 1981 (B1-6).
Built 1788, registered as the 'house of Thomas Poulton'. Served an Independent congregation until 1816, then used by Wesleyans as a Congregational Sunday-school and more recently as a social club. The burial ground at the rear continued in use until c.1870 (Chapel demolished 1981) [Detailed description](B7).
