GRADE II. FLIGHT OF 3 LOCKS. C.1800 WITH LATER REPAIRS. BRICK RETAINING WALLS WITH STONE COPING. 2 PAIRS OF GATES WITH SLUICES & WINDING GEAR, THE QUOINS DATED BETWEEN 1865 & 1879, & 1 GATE RENEWED 1978. EACH LOCK HAS STEPS ON EACH SIDE AT NW END, & 2 SIDE PONDS WITH SLUICES TO S.16 CAST IRON BOLLARDS (B7).
