HIDE OF LAND CALLED HASELEY, DESCRIBED SEPARATELY AT DOMESDAY (1086) & HELD TRE BY THORI, A MAN OF KING EDWARD. NAME LOST AFTER C14? WAS PROBABLY ADJACENT TO/COMPRISED WITHIN THORNTON, WHICH IMMEDIATELY PRECEDED IT IN DOMESDAY BOOK (B1).
HASELEY FIELD-NAMES SURVIVED TILL 1624 (B2).
