Description

POTTERY FROM BEDGROVE SHOWS A ROMAN PRESENCE. 4% OF POTTERY FROM SITE WAS BELGIC/ROMAN, MOSTLY COARSE WARE, BEING JARS & COOKING POTS IN A GREY OR BLACK FABRIC. THEY REPRESENT RESIDUAL MATERIAL & REFLECT GENERAL ACTIVITY IN THE LATE IA/EARLY CENTURIES AD. (POTTERY CATALOGUE & ILLUS)(B9).
